Eye Spy the Orange Truck : Contest Disclaimer

All individuals who download the ApplewoodPHE iPhone or Android apps, or who enter online, and who choose to share their contact information, will be entered in the "Eye-Spy the Orange Truck" contest, which will run from March 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. All entries must be received on or before the last day of each month to be considered for the monthly grand prize drawing.

By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will and agree to be bound by the rules. Participants understand and agree that neither Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives nor employees have any liability with respect to the contestants' participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. All prize winners authorize Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

In order to eligible to win the grand prize, participants must be the owner and resident of their home and must reside within Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric's service area (see ApplewoodFixIt.com for service area details). Entrants must provide a name, e-mail address and contact information to participate.

Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric and its promotional agents are not responsible for illegible, lost or delayed contact information or incomplete entries.

Grand Prize: Each month, (One) Grand Prize winner will receive an Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric Gold Club Membership. Approximate total value of the grand prize is valued at $198.00 or less. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries on or about the first day of the month in selection of a winner for the previous month. In the event that the original Grand Prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, contest will be considered null and void. An alternate winner will not be chosen. Decision of the judges and Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric is final. The grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There will be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner.

Unforeseen Events: Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric reserves the right to change this contest at its sole discretion at any time that Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the contest security or fairness. Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric reserves the right to announce any contest rules changes via the ApplewoodPHE iPhone and Android apps or company website. Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason. Agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives and employees of Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric are not eligible for participation.
