Groundwork Denver
Groundwork Denver partners with youth and community to build a healthy, equitable, and sustainable environment. Our goals include:
- To build bridges between residents, businesses and government to accomplish positive environmental change.
- To support the growth and development of environmental and community leaders from the neighborhoods where we work through youth employment, internships and community-based jobs.
- To promote the inclusion of the diversity of people in our communities in decision-making and in action.
- To ensure equal access to a clean and healthy environment for everyone, regardless of where they live, their economic status or their race or ethnicity.

The Colorado Trail Foundation
The mission of The Colorado Trail Foundation is to provide and maintain, through voluntary and public involvement, and in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service and federal Bureau of Land Management, a linear, non-motorized, sustainable, recreation trail between Denver and Durango. This trail will provide multi-day, inspirational, and educational values keyed to the diverse, high mountain, natural environment.
The Park People
The Park People’s mission is to work with communities to plant trees and improve parks for a healthy, resilient future.
We improve parks by raising funds for park projects, like the reconstruction of the Cranmer Park Sundial & Plaza, and we support the urban forest through our programs: Denver Digs Trees, Mile High Tree Champions, TreeForce, Community Forester, and the Park Legacy program.
