Any individual may participate in the Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric “Eye-Spy the Orange Truck” contest, which will run from April 10th through April 30th. Each week individuals who submit an entry via the form or social media will be entered into a weekly prize drawing. All entries must be received on or before each Sunday to be considered for the weekly prize drawings.

By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will and agree to be bound by the rules. Participants understand and agree that Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. All prize winners authorize Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric to use the winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

In order to be eligible to win a prize, participants must be 18 years of age or older; and reside within Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric’s service area. Participants must provide an e-mail address to participate.

There are no other prizes.

The Weekly Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries each Monday throughout the duration of the contest. In the event that the original prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the prize. Decision of the judges and Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric is final. The Weekly Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements.

The Weekly Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric reserves the right to change this contest at its sole discretion at any time. Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric reserves the right to announce any contest rules changes via their company website.
